The following steps are our usual process:
1, arrange a personal meeting (should this be an issue, a FaceTime chat and detailed emails are needed)
2, we will create a mood board to visualize what’s been discussed
3, after a revised mood board a quote will be sent to you (fee free to add
it in any way)
4, we will need a deposit based on the agreed quote to secure your date
A few check points to help you get started before we meet up:
*are you working with a wedding planner, if so, who and what are they providing
*your chosen colours (and all the other colours to match, napkins, saches, chair covers, bridesmaids dresses etc)
*all the venues and the set up(ceremony and reception)
*preferred style and look we’re trying to achieve (rustic, boho, beach… etc)
* a rough idea of arrangements but we can develop that once I know the venues and set up
*any favourite flowers or something I must avoid
*a rough budget if you have one
If you have a few pics you love or a Pinterest board, that’s a great help but it is part of the process to have a selection to work with.
